At Parer Fashion Jewellery, every piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand our process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video clearly showing the product’s condition when first opened.
- The request is formally raised within 2 days of delivery (based on courier tracking).
⚠️ Return/exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery once worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers.
- Earrings, nose pins, or any other item that comes in direct contact with the skin.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Customised or made-to-order pieces.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return, exchange, or damage claim, customers must:
Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened, showing:
- The outer packaging,
- The product inside, and
- Any defect or issue being reported.

This step helps us ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our team.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:
- Email us at pg.enterprises.business@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7838165630 within 2 days of delivery.
- Share your order Id,reason for return, and the unboxing video..
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or self-shipping process.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
- In case of exchange, a replacement will be shipped once the returned item passes quality checks.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
